From Clay Prep to packaging, we can:
- Mix clays
- Extrude brick size from 2-1/2” x 7-5/8” x 3” to 8” x 8” x 16”
- Load them into a Chamber Dryer of Tunnel Dryers
- Load Kiln cars
- Fire in tunnel kilns
- Unload fired brick
- Palletize brick for strapping, shrink wrap, stretch wrap, etc.
Digital Printing
We can supply complete line for sawing large tile into smaller sizes with digitally printed patterns on bisque tile and fire in roller kiln.

Thin Brick
There are many ways of making thin brick. They can be:
- Sawed out of stand extruded brick
- Made as extruded split-brick then separated
- Actually extruded to thickness of thin brick cut to length and width
Once they are made, they can be:
- Dried in chamber or roller dryers
- Fired in tunnel, shuttle or roller kiln
